What counts as one letter?
One document: a single PDF, up to 4 photos of the pages of the same letter, or its pasted text. If we can't read it, it isn't counted.
Which plan should I choose?
If you receive one or two official letters a month, pay per letter. If you've just moved, are self-employed, or are handling a visa or tax process with lots of back-and-forth, the monthly plan is cheaper from the third letter.
How payment works
Checkout is handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, which also issues your VAT invoice. You can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Receipts and invoices are always available in My account.
Pricing questions
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay on your account.
Can I cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, any time from My account. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days. See the refund policy.
How does this compare with a professional translator?
A certified translation is required for some official submissions and typically costs far more per page. TranslateMyLetter is for understanding and replying to your own mail — see how we compare.
