Refund Policy

Single letters (€1.99)

If we can't read your letter, you don't pay for it. If a paid decode fails or produces an unusable result, contact us within 7 days with the approximate time of your attempt and we'll refund the letter or re-credit you — your choice.

Monthly plan (€4.99)

Cancel anytime with one click; you keep access until the end of the paid period. If you're within your first 14 days and unhappy, email us and we'll refund the current month in line with EU consumer rights.

How to request

Email hello@translatemyletter.com from any address, tell us what happened, and we'll sort it within 3 business days. Refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method.
