Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 22 September 2026If we can't read your letter, you aren't charged. Credits are only used when a letter is successfully explained.
Single letters (€1.99)
Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — email us. If a letter was decoded but the result was clearly wrong or unusable, email us within 7 days and we'll refund or re-credit it.
Monthly plan (€4.99)
Cancel any time from Account → "Receipts, invoices & subscription"; access continues until the end of the paid month. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment and are unhappy, email us for a refund of that month.
How refunds work
Refunds are issued by Paddle, our payment provider, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Refunded credits are removed from your balance.
