The service

TranslateMyLetter explains official letters in plain language, highlights deadlines, and drafts a reply for you to review. It is an AI tool, not a law firm, tax advisor or certified translator, and does not give legal or tax advice. AI can make mistakes — always check key details (amounts, dates, reference numbers) against your original letter, and consult a professional for legal disputes or anything high-stakes.

Your account

You create an account with your email and a password. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. One free letter is available per person; creating multiple accounts to obtain extra free letters isn't allowed.

Plans and payment

• First letter: free.
• Per letter: €1.99 for one letter (one PDF, or up to 4 photos of the same letter). Credits don't expire.
• Peace of Mind: €4.99 per month for unlimited letters, subject to a fair-use limit of 30 letters per day. Renews monthly until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and merchant of record, which also handles VAT and issues your invoice. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Cancelling

Cancel your subscription any time from Account → "Receipts, invoices & subscription". You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Acceptable use

Only upload documents you're entitled to share. Don't attempt to bypass limits, overload the service, or use it for anything other than understanding official correspondence.

Liability

We provide the service with care but can't guarantee every explanation is complete or correct, and we aren't liable for missed deadlines or decisions made based on it, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page.
