The short version
We do not store your letters. Your document is processed in the moment to produce your explanation, and we do not keep a copy on our servers afterwards.
What we process
- Your letter (image or PDF): sent securely to our AI processing provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your translation, explanation and drafted reply. It is not used to build a profile of you.
- Payment details: handled entirely by our payment provider (Paddle), who acts as the merchant of record. We never see or store your card number.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses transiently for security and rate-limiting.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or share your data with advertisers.
- We don't require an account for your free letter.
- We don't keep copies of uploaded letters after processing.
Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's local storage only to remember your letter credits and language preference on your own device. No tracking cookies.
Your rights
Under GDPR and similar laws you may request access to or deletion of any personal data we hold. Since we don't store letters, this typically applies only to payment records held by Paddle. Contact us and we'll help.
